If your product description mentions a tool being included, please carefully check your package. Only one tool per order will be included and marked on the invoice. Alternatively, you can take your case to a jeweler for resizing, as we do not offer personal resizing services.

However, they are not 100% carbon like natural diamonds and will not test positive on a diamond tester. Our lab diamonds have different growth structures and atomic levels than natural diamonds.

All our products come with a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery.
